Adaptive EEG-Controlled Wheelchair Interface

Aanya Krishna's project tackles major usability issues in existing EEG-based wheelchair interfaces, including noise sensitivity, dependence on visual cues, and lack of adaptability. By integrating deliberate eye-blink controls for start–stop actions, pre-planned motor imagery for intuitive navigation, and user-specific learning models, the system adapts to changing brain patterns caused by fatigue or movement. The result is a more inclusive, reliable, and stable wheelchair control solution designed for real-world, extended use.
