AromaCodex turns scent into a data-driven design challenge where students create a signature fragrance using safe, everyday ingredients. They build an “olfactory dataset” by logging smell trials—ingredient, intensity over time, emotional association, and scent notes—then learn top/middle/base architecture and volatility. Using ratios and iteration, they prototype blends, run blind user tests, and refine formulas with simple optimization to balance freshness and longevity. Final outputs include 2–3 prototypes, a scent fingerprint chart, and a documented signature recipe.
