This project builds a predictive model using variants from genes like GJB2 and TMPRSS3 to estimate CI success likelihood as not all cochlear implant recipients experience the same speech perception improvement due to underlying genetic factors. By integrating genotype data with clinical outcome insights, it offers a novel approach to personalised auditory rehabilitation.
