This study used a bioinformatics approach to identify key microRNAs and genes linked to neurodevelopmental disorders by analyzing three GEO datasets. Validations with TargetScan, miRTarBase, and miRNet supported high-confidence interaction networks, which were further examined using Cytoscape and Reactome. Disease relevance was assessed through Open Targets, miRBase, and DGIdb. The genes CLTC, PTEN, and five interacting miRNAs emerged as promising therapeutic targets for NDDs.
