Aryuv's project developed a smart kitchen storage prototype to simplify inventory management. Using an ESP32 microcontroller, the system integrates load cells, ultrasonic and IR sensors, and a DHT22 temperature-humidity sensor to measure weight, detect presence, estimate quantity, and monitor freshness of stored food items. The data is sent to a Blynk mobile app, allowing users to check stock levels and receive low-stock alerts in real time. The prototype demonstrates how low-cost IoT solutions can make household food management more efficient and reduce waste.
