This project studied how a key protein, CTCF, binds to genes in the brains of Alzheimer’s patients. Using data analysis and network tools, the study found changes in gene regulation linked to brain function and memory. These findings may help uncover new targets for treating or diagnosing Alzheimer’s disease.
