A project to build a small-scale, potentially portable, solar desalination device. This can be achieved by utilizing the Peltier effect for water evaporation as well as condensation, The device is powered by the Solar panel, and housing the components were custom 3D-printed.This project aims to accelerate the solar desalination process with the help of Peltier plate and Phase change materials to accelerate the desalination process under inconsistent sunlight intensity. Simultaneously providing a practical application of thermodynamics in phase change materials to address the water purification needs.
